RETURN

Please note that since we are a smaller company, the customer pays for the return of the product.
You can choose to return with DAO or Postnord.
You can send your package to the following address:

Remember to enclose a note with your order number so that we can identify your return order when we receive it. We only accept return packages delivered to the above address. This means that packages sent, for example, to parcel shops will not be collected and will therefore be returned to the sender. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of this no later than 14 days after delivery by email web. Return packages must be delivered to us no later than 14 days after we are informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
You will receive your refund 4-14 business days after we have processed your order. We process return packages weekly.

COMPLAINT
If you have a complaint, please send an email to kontakt@hockestudio.dk with a description and a picture of the error. You will then hear from us by email, where we will find a solution to the complaint.
