Hocke Studio makes reservations for any typing errors and pricing errors, as well as sold-out items and delivery failures from our suppliers.

2. Scope of application

These terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods on hockestudio.dk for delivery in Denmark. The terms and conditions may be updated without notice. The version that applies to your purchase is the one that was available at the time of ordering.

3. Prices

All prices are in DKK and include VAT and charges, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to make printing errors, price changes, currency and supplier changes.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
The amount is reserved/withdrawn only when your order is shipped (may vary by payment method). There are no fees charged from our side unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Placing an order and concluding an agreement

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. This is a receipt for receipt - the agreement is only finally concluded when we have processed the order and sent a shipping confirmation .

6. Delivery and shipping

We deliver with GLS and DAO . Delivery time is typically 2-5 business days for stock items.

Free shipping on purchases over 599 kr. 
We only deliver to Denmark.

7. Missing pickup/rerouting

If a package is not picked up at the parcel shop and is returned to us, we may charge a fee of DKK 50 for handling and re-delivery. Contact us to arrange a new delivery.

8. Partial delivery/out of stock items

If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will contact you. We can make partial deliveries at no extra cost, or cancel the out of stock item by agreement.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes can only be used once per order and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Promotions are valid during the stated period and while supplies last.

10. Personal data

We process your personal data to deliver your order, provide customer service and improve our webshop. Read more in our Privacy & Cookies.

11. Right of withdrawal and complaint

This page does not contain terms regarding the right of withdrawal or complaints.
Instead, read our Returns & Complaints.

12. Liability and reservations

We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure). Reservations are made for printing errors, price errors, out-of-stock items and image/color reproduction.

13. Applicable law and venue

Purchases from us are subject to Danish law. Any disputes can be brought before the Danish courts. As a consumer, you can also complain to Nævnenes Hus/Forbrugerklagenævnet – see more at naevneneshus.dk.
